Richard looks after user experience and information architecture for Publishing Technology's online, mobile and software products - which means working to understand our user's needs and help adapt our interfaces to ensure that our products meet them as easily and efficiently as possible. He's responsible for user research, interface development, usability testing, search analytics and prototyping. Previously, he was Senior Online Manager at Virgin Media's business division, where he was responsible for online development & marketing.
